Production Equipment
The factory currently has 9 lines as EMHART′s 10 groups single and double drops machine, the French SGCC on-line automatic test machine and domestic advanced determinant of automatic bottle manufacturing production line, Our production line has been equipped with on-line base scanners, total inspection machine, squeeze, pressure, vertical, impact, thermal shock testers, spectrophotometers and other laboratory equipment to ensure a high degree of quality
Additionally in 2004, the factory passed ISO9001-2000 quality management system certification, and in 2008, passed ISO14001-2004 environmental management system certification and GB/T28001-2001 occupational health and safety management system certification.
Advantage of Glass Packaging
Glass materials are good barriers to gases, which not only can prevent oxygen and other gas from altering the material inside the container, but also can stop the dissipation of volatile substances in the glass container.
Glass bottles can be used repeatedly, many times uses which can greatly lower packaging cost.
Glass is easily recycled, as to color and flint glass.
Glass bottles are safe and clean, corrosion and acid resistant so they are widely used in variety of food products and drinks.
